If you include a knot with your purchase, I will set the knot (in silicone) at my recommended loft at no charge. If you don't want me to set the knot please let me know when purchasing. I will use RTV Silicone to set unless you specifically ask for epoxy, as silicone gives you more flexibility to swap the knots between brushes or change the loft of the knot.

The Manchuridon Badger(26mm) 

A premium two-band badger hair knot, densely packed and handtied with meticulously selected two-band badger hair. This 26mm fan shaped knot is something for those who like more backbone than what the High Mountain Rex offers and crave an all-around premium lathering experience.

Manchuridon is an all-around top performer and I’m excited to share it with you! It’s dense but not suffocating, soft but not lifeless, and refined without losing its edge. The Manchuridon isn’t reinventing the wheel, but it will give other premium knots out there a run for their money.

The tips are ever so slightly treated to give a uniform, velvety soft performance, without feeling gelled or slimy. This knot feels so good it will make you want to do 4 and 5 pass shaves!

Raptor Synthetic (26mm)

This is my favorite synthetic knot.

This Pterrific synthetic knot is extraordinarily soft with phenomenal water retention. It doesn’t have a ton of backbone, so it easily splays, but it certainly has enough backbone to let you know it’s there. If Nedry used this knot with his Barbasol, he could’ve gotten a really nice shave for himself. Among the finest in synthetic technology, this knot's fibers are engineered to perfection - no help from InGen's scientists needed! The fibers in this knot easily release lather to adapt and react to your technique, just like a pack of raptors.

This knot is perfect for even the most sensitive skin, it's the shaving equivalent of a peaceful stroll through the park before the power goes out.

DinoBoar (26mm)

This knot is a real Tricera-top white boar option! Its soft bristles are surprisingly gentle and are quick to break in. The DinoBoar boasts excellent backbone, providing the perfect balance of scrub and softness, ensuring a shave that’s absolutely Rex-cellent!

AP Shave Co G5C (26mm)

This fan-shaped knot has ultra soft tips and above-average backbone. These stiff Japanese fibers give you backbone more similar to natural hair than nearly any synthetic and the fan shape allows for a ton of splay. It also does a great job retaining water in a more efficient manner than traditional synthetics.

Tuxedo (26mm)

Very soft and medium density hair.  It easily splays and provides a comfortable shave and very easily whips up a nice lather.
