Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Do to the nature of shaving brushes, I am unable to take returns or do exchanges. However, if you ever have an issue with an order or brush I made, please reach out and I'll do my best to make it right. 

I expect every brush I make to last a lifetime, so if you have any issues with the craftsmanship or longevity of a brush, contact me and I'll assess the problem and fix it or potentially issue a refund.

Please keep in mind that this only applies to the craftsmanship/materials of my brushes. If you abuse the brush (boil it in hot water/run over it with your car/throw it into a fire/don't take care of it) - then that's on you. Follow my Brush Care Tips and you're good to go!
